About Us

Petrack Consulting was formed to address challenges faced by community Emergency Departments and physician practices as they work to improve emergency care. We address those challenges by way of informative briefs and newsletters, and by our consulting services and Training Institute.

We realize that you might have a negative view of consultants, whether from negative experiences of your own or from those of your colleagues. However, Petrack Consulting is not a typical consulting firm. We do not spend a few days at your ED or practice and then drop an unwieldy, dust-collecting tome on your desk and send you a bill.

Instead, we take the time to understand your particular needs, issues and concerns, and then collaboratively, develop and implement a plan which will meet your goal of enhancing emergency services in your institution or practice. When appropriate, our team includes a child-life specialist and/or emergency nurse, both with significant educational experience. The end result is improved emergency care - not a report.
